SSS Warranty Service System
The SSS Warranty Service System is a designated help line which saves you having to organise servicing through the original reseller or find an appointed service repairer. The help line takes your purchase details and establishes the problem, then contacts an appointed service centre and arrange for the work to be done.
The Midea service team check the status of the repair and liases with the service centre to ensure the warranty job runs in line with the schedule assisting with any technical, spare parts or account enquires.
All correspondence between SSS personnel, the service centre and/or the customer are recorded in the SSS database. By referring to the specific job number the customer can be brought up to date with the progress of the case.
The progress of the customer's case is monitored to ensure that follow up actions are taken once the job has been assigned to a SSS authorised service centre.
Customers’ should have the following information ready before contacting the Midea service team:
- Date of purchase including the receipt or retailer's invoice number
- Model number of the air conditioner
- Serial number of the air conditioner: indoor and outdoor
- Installer's details: business name, phone number, licence number for both refrigeration and electrical installation
